ABOUT
|
The GameChangers improvisation techniques are rooted in the theories and practices first developed in the 1930s in Chicago by a couple of innovative educators, Neva Boyd and Viola Spolin. The two teachers discovered that the playing games was the key to getting children from diverse cultural backgrounds to communicate, collaborate and learn. When a group focused on a game, the women discovered, what had not been possible before was now within reach. Minds that had been closed were opened. Differences that once divided a group became its strengths. GameChangers works from the concept that every ’scene’ in business is informed by an underlying game. We give you the ability to see the difference between productive games and those that impede progress. This ability to ’see the game’ is the the key to improved performance in all areas of your organization. Quick collaboration and continual adjustments are vital to businesses operating in the Networked World. With GameChangers, you’ll gain the skills it takes to be in tune with the fast moving business environment, liberate innovation, and create a memorable brand narrative. When a group finds agreement around a ‘good game,’ there is no limit to its potential. |
